Standard Service Fees

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

  • Pickup Fee: $2.75
  • Per Minute: $0.75
  • Per Kilometer (KM): $1.50

No-Show and Cancellations

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

  • Cancellation by Passenger (within 1km of pickup): $5.65
  • Cancellation by Passenger (outside 1km of pickup): $3.00
  • No-show fee: $11.30
Passenger is responsible for both Tolls for all cross-border trips. *
 All pickups that are 20km+ from town will be subjected to be charged the full fare amount if the driver arrives or gets within 1KM to the pickup and the ride is no longer required and not cancelled in advance. *
 All cancellation fees include HST. *

Cleaning Fee

In the event a Driver reports any stains/damages resulting from your use of the Services, you acknowledge that you will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250.00 ("Cleaning Fee"). Your account will be suspended until the fee has been paid.
